Terms of Use & Content Policy

My AI Ebook is a tool for creating original, AI-written and AI-illustrated ebooks and scripts. You own what you make and may sell it. In return, you agree to use the tool responsibly, keep the content appropriate, and take responsibility for anything you create and publish. The full terms below spell this out.

You agree not to use My AI Ebook to create, request, or distribute content that is:

• illegal, or that promotes illegal activity;
• hateful, harassing, or discriminatory toward any person or group;
• sexually explicit, or sexual in any way involving minors;
• graphically violent, gory, or that encourages self-harm;
• defamatory, or that impersonates a real person without permission;
• infringing on someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

We use automated screening and content rules to keep output PG and appropriate, and we may refuse, block, or remove any request or content that violates this policy or that we judge to be abusive — with or without notice.

Books and scripts you generate are yours to keep, publish, and sell wherever you like. We don't claim ownership and we don't take a cut of your sales. We keep the books you create saved to your account for as long as your account is active, so you can re-download them anytime.

Because content is generated by AI, it can contain mistakes, inaccuracies, or unintended similarities to existing works. You are responsible for reviewing everything you create before you publish or sell it — including checking facts, and making sure it's appropriate and doesn't infringe anyone's rights. My AI Ebook is provided "as is," without warranties, and we are not liable for how you use what you create.

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe and renew until canceled. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are covered in our FAQ — in short, you can cancel anytime, and subscription charges are non-refundable.
